Terms of Use
1. Please note that "Ooh! Japan " reserves the right to modify, change, alter or otherwise or edit these Terms and Conditions or any other services without any notice.
2. All editorial content and graphics on our website are protected by the copyright. They may not be copied without express permission of "Ooh! Japan ", which reserves all rights.
3. We will not be responsible or liable for any actions taken, either wholly or in part, based on the information provided on our website, or for any loss, damage, expense or injury resulting from any transactions conducted with any online merchant or other third party listed on our Website
Purchase of products

1. The payment deadline for purchase is 7 days ( Japan time) after you have received our invoice mail. If there is no payment after 7 days, the parcel will be cancelled automatically.
2. There are cases when obtaining the item becomes impossible or there is a delay in the appointed date of delivery for items which are popular or out of stock due to situations that are not anticipated, such as terrorism, riots or any natural disaster.
3. We may not be able to send you oversized items or items in large quantities, if they are prohibited by import restrictions in your country.
4. Import restrictions vary from country to country. Please use this service after confirmation of your country's policies. We will not be responsible for any penalty or confiscation, or any other trouble with customs clearance.
5. We will accept your change of delivery method and/or quantity if it is before the item is sent (re-estimating is necessary). Changes after delivery will be placed as a new order.
6. We will not be responsible for any kind of damage or mental distress.

About Examination
We check every item from the appearance before shipping your parcels.
We check the followings.
* Quantity of items
* Brand name and its item number
* I tem color
* Size
* Price
We check the above by looking the descriptions on the packages.
Attention
1.We do not examine the followings
* If the electronics works or not.
* Dismantle items and check its parts composition.
* Items, such as clothes that are packed in plastic bags (we will only check the descriptions that are written on the packages)
* Straggling of clothes, missing spangles or line stones.
2.Damaged packages will not be admitted as gDamaged Itemh.
3.Some items such as used items, jewelries, arts, etc. will be difficult to examine perfectly.
Please note, we are not responsible for any not satisfied items.

About Packages
We provide packaging service for our customers. Please let us know if you refuse the packaging.
Extra charge will cost for items which needs special packaging, such as arts, glass arts, furniture, or any other item that is fragile.
Delivery Method
1. There are cases of untimely delivery or no arrival of parcel due to the merchant's failure.
2. In some cases the parcel will be delayed due to delivery authority, weather, or traffic conditions.
3. There are cases items could be damaged during delivery if the package is dropped. In that case, please inform the local delivery authority and/or "Ooh! Japan " within 24 hours after receiving your parcel. (The relevant authorities may no longer take responsibility for delivery parcels after 24 hours after receipt). You could get an indemnity from the insurance company if it is admitted as "Damaged during Delivery" by the delivery authority and the insurance company,(only indemnification from the damage reparation system or the arbitrary insurance). We will not be responsible for broken parcels that are not recognized as "Damage during Delivery".
About customs
1. There are cases when customs duties will be necessary. Please confirm your country's policies. If customs duties are necessary, please pay the taxes directly to the customs besides the use charge.
2. We will not be responsible for penalty or confiscation due to items that are prohibited by customs. Please use this service after confirming the restrictions of your home country.
Others
1. Neither returned nor exchanged goods are accepted due to customer's convenience.
2. If you have received the wrong items by any chance, please inform us within 1 week. We will exchange or return the items. However, it depends on the condition of the items. It is not possible to return or exchange used items.
About the products
We will not be responsible for any damages caused by using the items. Please use the items according to your own judgment and risk.
1. The instructions, contents, warnings, etc. of the items will be written in Japanese.
Please use the items in your own responsibilities.
2. The voltages of electronic devices are made to be used in Japan . Therefore please use these devices in the same condition.
3. The regional code of DVD software sold in Japan is Region 2. Basically, DVDs released in each region will typically only play on players sold in that region.
4. If the instructions are written in Japanese + they don't understand, how will they read the instructions?

First and last name, e-mail address, physical contact information, such as phone number, FAX number, home address, delivery address, etc., order information and (depending on the service used) sometimes financial information, such as credit card or bank account numbers or any other personal information that has been collected. This privacy policy applies only to the services within Ooh! Japan . Links that are connected from this website does not apply to the privacy policy.

Responsibility for use of this service belongs to the user.
We will only use your personal information to offer our services and we will not share it with a third party except for the following cases:
* The user agreed.
* To send email to users for their agreement.
* To disclose information to companies there are contracted to a confidentiality agreement when it is necessary (such as the delivery authority).
* To offer information or services to users by direct mail from our company.
* To protect other users, third party, the company's rights and property when user's activity is against our policy and rules.
* When disclosure is ordered by the court or administrative agencies. Also, when it is necessary for investigation of a criminal offence or to prevent or exclude infringement to the third party.

Ooh! Japan reserves the right to modify, change, alter or otherwise edit the Private Policy.

Return and Exchange policy
The following information concerns returns and exchanges of defective or damaged items, as well as cancellations after payment. We cannot guarantee that returns or exchanges will be possible for all items. We appreciate your understanding.
If the item you have received is not the one you requested, or if you want a different size or color
Instead of using the contact form, it is faster if you contact us directly.
It might take some time to confirm the item details and to arrange redelivery. We appreciate your patience.
 
If the item is defective, or has been damaged or broken accidentally
If that is the case, please contact us directly. We will confirm the circumstances of damage.
Damage during the delivery will be covered by the insurance company.
Concerning damage to electrical items such as PC, AC machinery and tools, the voltage is different from country to country. Please check your country's voltage in advance.
We do not take responsibility for damage caused after plugging in electronic goods or appliances. We appreciate your understanding.
Returns or refunds after arrival due to customer circumstances.
We are sorry to inform that we do not return or refund in this case.
 
Cancellation after payment
We do not accept cancellations after payment.
We arrange the purchase upon your order request, so we cannot refund the payment.
